Buffalo Mobile Bars can provide bars for any occasion
We can provide any drinks you require and stock the bars to suit your event, so if there’s something you really want then just ask us. We also operate several pubs in the Bournemouth area so we can get hold of most things, and we always have trained staff waiting to help out.
Below are a few examples of packages we can offer, but we are very flexible and it really depends on your event, so please give us a ring or send us an email and we’ll help to make your event easier. Where necessary we can also take care of any Temporary Events Notices to comply with the law.
Mobile Bar Prices and Packaging
CASH BAR HIRE
£495
- We turn up at your event with a fully stocked bar to your requirements with a personalised bar menu
- We ensure we are setup and ready to serve at your requested time
- We provide the licence required to sell alcohol
- We provide professional, trained staff
- The bar will serve for a minimum of 5 hours, or extended as per your requirements
- Disposable glassware, ice and garnishes included as required
- Cash and card payments accepted (wi-fi permitting)
- Delivery and collection included within a 25 mile radius
- If you hit a pre-determined spending target, we will refund 50% of your booking fee
PRE-PAID CASH BAR HIRE
£495
- As Cash Bar Hire, but with a prepaid cash amount deposited behind the bar which your guests can enjoy before having to pay for their own drinks
- AsCash Bar Hire, if you hit the pre-determined spending target, we will refund 50% of your booking fee
CASH BAR HIRE

We can provide you with one of our bar systems, and you can stock and staff it yourself giving you the freedom to run the event how you want
STAR SHADE TENT HIRE
